Welcome to Men In Circle (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and membership programs available at www.menincircle.com (the “Website”).

By accessing the Website, purchasing a membership, or participating in any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Membership and Subscription

Men In Circle offers monthly membership plans that provide access to online Circles, community events, and other member-exclusive programs.

All memberships automatically renew each month on the same calendar day as your original purchase, using your saved payment method, unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

You may manage, update, or cancel your membership at any time through your Men In Circle customer portal, or by contacting our support team at support@menincircle.com.

Cancellation requests made after a renewal has been processed will apply to the next billing cycle.

2. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through our trusted third-party payment providers (Squarespace Payments, Stripe, or PayPal).

By subscribing, you authorize Men In Circle to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you choose to cancel your membership.

If a payment fails (for example, due to insufficient funds or an expired card), you will receive an automated email requesting that you update your payment details or top up your card balance. Access to Men In Circle services may be temporarily suspended until the payment is successfully processed.

You can easily update your payment information at any time by logging into your account dashboard on our website or by contacting our support team at support@menincircle.com for assistance.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your Men In Circle membership at any time directly through the customer portal logging in with your email or by contacting our support team.

Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to all member benefits until that date.

Please note that Men In Circle does not offer refunds or partial credits for unused time, early cancellations, or periods of inactivity. Once a new billing cycle begins, all payments are considered final.

4. Free Trial and Subscription Renewal

Men In Circle may offer a free trial period for new subscribers, as indicated during checkout. The free trial allows you to access our service at no cost for the specified duration (e.g., 14 days).

• Automatic Renewal
  At the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically renew into a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. The payment method provided during checkout will be charged the subscription fee shown at the time of sign-up.

• Cancellation During Trial
  You may cancel your trial at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Cancellation can be done through your account, using the customer portal, or by contacting us at support@menincircle.com.

• No Refunds After Renewal
  Once the subscription renews and payment is processed, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

• Trial Eligibility
  Free trials are available to new users only. We reserve the right to revoke or deny free trial access in cases of misuse or duplicate accounts.

5. Use of Services

By joining Men In Circle, members agree to uphold the integrity and safety of our community by following these principles:

• Confidentiality: Everything shared within the Circles stays within the Circles. Members must not disclose or repeat any personal information shared by others.

• Respect: Treat all participants and facilitators with honesty, empathy, and non-judgment. Every man’s experience and perspective deserve respect.

• Privacy: Recording, sharing, or distributing any part of a session or its content without prior written consent from Men In Circle is strictly prohibited.

• Commitment: Members agree to honor the Circle guidelines, participate mindfully, and contribute to a safe, supportive environment.

Men In Circle reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of any participant who violates these principles, disrupts the group dynamic, or acts in a way that compromises the trust and well-being of others. Please review our full rules and regulations here.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, designs, logos, videos, written content, recordings, and other resources provided by Men In Circle (“Content”) are the exclusive property of Men In Circle and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Content solely for your individual participation within the Men In Circle community.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, perform, transmit, or create derivative works from any Men In Circle Content, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Men In Circle.

Any unauthorized use of our materials, recordings, or intellectual property will result in immediate termination of membership and may lead to legal action.

7. Disclaimers

Men In Circle provides a space for emotional sharing, reflection, and personal growth. 

Our Circles, programs, and events are designed to promote connection, awareness, and support among men, not to replace therapy or clinical treatment.

We are not a mental health provider, and our facilitators, while experienced in group dynamics and emotional work, are not licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, or medical professionals (unless explicitly stated).

By joining Men In Circle, you understand and agree that:

• The Circles and other activities are intended for personal development and emotional connection, not medical or psychological intervention.
  

• You remain fully responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after participation.
  

• If you are currently experiencing severe emotional distress, trauma, or mental health challenges, we strongly encourage you to seek guidance from a qualified mental health professional.
  

Men In Circle does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe any form of therapy.

Participation in our community is voluntary, and you are free to withdraw at any time.

By engaging in our programs, you acknowledge that your well-being remains your personal responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Men In Circle, its founders, employees, facilitators, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your participation in any of our activities, events, or programs, including but not limited to emotional distress, financial loss, data loss, or any other type of damage, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You acknowledge that participation in Men In Circle involves personal and emotional exploration, which may at times bring up challenging emotions or reflections. You agree that you are solely responsible for your own experience, decisions, and outcomes that may result from engaging in our Circles, events, or coaching.

Men In Circle provides its services “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• Our services will meet your expectations;
  

• Events or meetings will be uninterrupted or error-free;
  

• The information shared during sessions will be accurate, complete, or applicable to your personal situation.

In jurisdictions where limitations on liability are not allowed, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
In no event shall the total liability of Men In Circle to you exceed the total amount you have paid for your membership during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Testimonials and Reviews

Voluntary Submission: Members may choose to provide testimonials, feedback, or reviews about their experiences with Men In Circle. Submission of such content is entirely voluntary.

Consent to Use: By providing a testimonial or review (written, audio, or video), you grant Men In Circle a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your testimonial for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and advertising materials.

Right to Withdraw:
You may request removal of your testimonial at any time by contacting us at support@menincircle.com. Upon receipt of your request, we will remove the content within a reasonable period.

Content Integrity:
Men In Circle reserves the right to edit testimonials for clarity or length, provided that the meaning and intent remain unchanged.
